Test mode and live mode

Every key is either a test key (nrv_test_) or a live key (nrv_live_). The key decides the mode. The API, requests and responses are identical, so going live means swapping one key.

Note
Test and live never mix. A test key can't see live envelopes, events or webhook endpoints, and the reverse. Templates are shared, so you can test the exact template you'll use live.

GET /v1/balance. - Create a live key
- Add a live webhook endpoint
Webhook endpoints belong to one mode. Add the same URL in live mode.
- Swap the key on your server
